Features:
1 Vertically pressed hydraulic mold-close system,quickly mold-lock system, adjusts mold thickness automatically.
2 Use a special device to adjust the difference of the mold thickness between 0~200mm.
3 0~90°~180° turnover structure available with several production modes, both mono-color and bi-color soles can be made.
4 Specially design for turn over and position of upper mold, makes the movement quickly and correctly.
5 With finishes ejection function, finishes can be easily taken out.
6 With shift out function of lower mold, making finishes take-out, putting on insert to the mold cavity simple, convenient and safer.
7 With mold cooling function, making the finishes cooling time shortened and the output enhanced.
8 With air blowing function of the mold, avoiding finishes shrinking, and taking out finishes much easier.
9 Material pipe controlled by PID system, accurately temperature control.
10Each group of the injection unit holds an independent injector, material will not mix.
11Electric motor driven injection point height adjustment system, suitable for different size of molds.
12Adjustment of injection point with horizontal leveling,no material heap at channel of extruders.
13Memorial mold group, the forming parameters and be memorized along with the mold to enhance the productivity.
14Integrative of electric control box and hydraulic system, Touchable screen man-machine interface, making operation convenient.
15Suit for thermal moldable raw materials, like TR\TPR\etc.
